Due to the intimate nature of our swimwear, we maintain a strict hygiene policy to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers. We accept returns on unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Hygiene Inspection

  Ensure the bikini remains in its original condition; items that are soiled, laundered, or missing hygiene stickers will be rejected and sent back.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our returns portal.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
